Tristan’s Fire was the most abstracted image from the series of prints and paintings inspired by Glyndebourne’s recent repertoire. The fire and passion that still radiates in his heart for his Love is represented by the logs burning in the sand and the plume of smoke that lop sidedly reverses the vast sky above.
